Cartography Design Lab - TUMO Stepanakert - February 2018
I led a two week intensive learning lab for 10 students aged 16 to 20. Our project was for the Ministry of Tourism for the Republic of Artsakh, we were challenged with updating the map of Artsakh and adding maps of Stepanakert and Shushi. I organized the students into three smaller groups, each making their own designs in their own styles. The lab concluded with one final map, a combination of elements from each group, presented to the Ministry of Tourism to be adapted as the national map for tourists. 

Branding Design Lab - TUMO Stepanakert - April 2018
This was my second two week intensive learning lab for 10 students aged 15-17. We were challenged with branding a village in the Hadrut region of Artsakh, Mets Tagher. I created an agency structure within the class and gave each student a specific job, the 'agency' comprised of photographers, writers, designers and art directors working collaboratively to create a set of brand guidelines for the village. The students created two different visual directions and style guides and presented them at the end of the session.
